Terms of Use

1. You will give credit if using any of the original content on this site. That includes graphics, ideas, quotes, scripts, and original tutorials. It's often specified when credit is needed, so make sure to read over all the pages and look out for that.
2. A link back is required if you use any of our unmarked graphics. Some of them say either 'By Sillymahala' or something to that effect, so you don't nessisarily have to give credit for them since you obviously didn't make it, but for anything else, you must link back. Websets, backgrounds, cursors, blinkies made at the blinkie maker, and some other stuff have a link that must be used.
3. Under no circumstances shall anything be redistributed. You can, however, put our images in a gallary (like, the MSN pictures) but you MUST specify that they came from this site, and ask me for permission first. If I find any of our images on your site, and you haven't told me first, I'll kindly ask you to take them down. If that doesn't work, further action shall be taken.
4. Spamming of the comments, tagboard, plugboard, or ANYTHING is prohibited. Doing so will result in having your IP banned from either whatever you were spamming, or more than likely, the site in general.
5. If you add me on MSN, be warned. I take shit from no one. If you're rude to me, your email is subject to be put on the site for everyone to see, and there's no guarentee that you won't get hundreads of spam messages a day. So, be respectful and kind towards me, and I won't have to be an asshole to you.
6. Only add me to your contacts list if you're an affiliate and you don't send out tons of invites to thing. My gmail is absolutely off-limits to this kind of email. I don't mind so much on my hotmail account, though. I'll just delete them right away. Sending such emails to my gmail though will result in me asking you to take me off your contacts list. If this is ignored, severe verbal abuse shall ensue.
7. On the subject of emails, DO NOT send me forwards. No one's going to kill you if you don't pass it on, you true love isn't going to kiss you randomly, and nothing good will happen to you. So don't pass them on to me. If I recieve any, I will first ask you not to send me anything anymore, and if that doesn't work, all emails from your email address will be filtered and automatically deleted.
8. Take note that all IP addresses are logged. If you cause trouble and I find out your IP, you'll be banned from viewing this site.
9. In general, respect the site and I. I've worked very hard on this, and I would appreciate it if my coding, stylesheets, layouts, graphics, and other stuff remaine mine. I'm a vengeful person, and I tend to do terrible things when people make me angry. So just check out my stuff, leave pretty comments (or constructive critisism), and enjoy yourself! Remember, karma has a way of kicking people in the ass.
